This assignment has two parts: the first is to work through readings for this phase of writing and secondly, you will write up a blog post with your thoughts and including documentation (screenshots, embed docs additional material) that you have created on. Though our writing for our work will be in academic form these posts in the blog should be reflective.
Doing your research
At this stage you have collected a large number of resource, using a reading strategy you have identified key texts that will support your writing. In addition, you have written at least 10 annotated bibliographies. The next step is to begin making connections between your sources using a thematic process, this will help to identify main themes that will form the basis of each paragraph as well as indicate that you have enough sources.
Tasks for Doing your research
- Watch the video on how to code a document and create themes. (though based on codifying qualitative data the same approach works well for writing paragraphs)
- Code each of your annotated bibliographies – there should be at least 5 themes, these will form the basis for each of the paragraphs of your completed piece.
- Identify gaps in your research, you will need to write about each theme, do you have enough to write at least 5 sentences about it?
- Find and write annotated bibliographies to address and gaps

When you have completed this week’s reading work write up a blog post with your thoughts about what you have worked on.
