Throughout this academic year and in particular this module you will be asked to use a variety of tools. In most of these tools as well as providing your name and email(private email for non-TUDublin supported applications) you are often asked to supply a portfolio image. and for many reasons, individuals decide not to.
I’m the same, and strictly control where my image is presented and how. for applications such as Slack, Email, Moodle, and Google I have created an image that I’m happy with. The image to the left was created using Photoshop.
An additional tool that I came across which is quite fun is http://waifu.lofiu.com/ it allows you to take a selfie and then alters it in the form of waifu!
waifu (plural waifu or waifus) (fandom slang, Internet slang) A fictional female character from non-live-action visual media (typically an anime, manga, or video game) to whom one is attracted.
For this task I’m asking you to create a profile image for the applications we are using – it can be a normal selfie, a photoshopped creation of your own or use the waifu create site. After creating apply to Slack and to your blog when it is created.
